BetterNow has an integration to Streamlabs that is useful when you have fundraisers who are fundraising when they live stream. The most common use for this is live streaming on twitch.tv or a YouTuber live stream. But in theory it could help any person live streaming and fundraising, whether it is on YouTube, Twitch, Mixer, Facebook or Periscope (Twitter).
What is Streamlabs?
Streamlabs makes it possible for any streamer to add overlays to their streams. This is often done to engage the viewers in various ways. Examples could be to recognise new followers, donors or viewers who in some way deserve recognition. If a live streamer is fundraising, it makes sense for them to be able to recognise anyone who donates to your cause - this can be done through Streamlabs with the BetterNow - Streamlabs integration.
How can we use this?
Everyone on the premium subscription has the integration set up from the get go. If you are on the standard subscription it is available on request and for a small one-time payment, contact us for info. It is also available on the BetterNow branded platforms.
For a fundraiser to use the integration they first need to connect their account to Streamlabs. This can be done from your profile page.
